Payment Confirmation:

Your spot will only be confirmed once the full payment has been received. Please email or WhatsApp a confirmation screenshot of your transaction to us directly after payment.

(Note: If you do not provide confirmation, it may take up to 3 days for us to confirm your booking.)

Please do not send screenshots via Instagram or Facebook Messenger, as they may not be seen in time.
 

​Non-Refundable Payments:
 

​Please note that all payments (deposits or full amounts) are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your pass or can no longer attend our event. They can however be transferred to another dancer, but you will need to notify us of this change before 17th September 2025.

Refunds:
 

The only instance where all payments are refundable is in the event of the course being cancelled due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances.

 

Additional Costs:

Your pass does not include tickets for the Esmeralda theatre show, which will be available for purchase separately at a later date.
Travel and accommodation are not included in the pass.

Health and Safety:
 

With any physical activity, there can be a risk of accident and injury. While Esmeralda will demonstrate each movement with safety as a priority, neither Esmeralda nor Kus Dance will be liable for any personal injury during the course, except for any personal injury caused by our negligence.

Medical Conditions:
 

Please inform Kus Dance in writing of any injuries or medical conditions you may have prior to the intensive.

IMPORTANT: 

If you are taking the option of a payment plan and you miss the payment deadline for any future instalments, we will have the right to cancel your pass. Any payments or deposits you have made up until then will be non-refundable if you have a missed a payment deadline and could result in you losing your spot.
 

We reserve the right to modify the scheduled date of the workshops and/or substitute the designated instructor as necessary.
